Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to CGM IT SERVICES LLC's networks, system and services, and our partners' networks, systems, and services. In case the Customer breaks these terms the CGM IT SERVICES LLC will prematurely terminate the contract and will not provide any backups or refunds to the Customer.

We do not allow:
- Anything than can result in Spamhaus listing
- Any kind of SPAM activity, including sending bulk emails to your customers without our prior written consent, or using SPAM to advertise a site hosted on our or our partners' network
- Any kind of cryptocurrency mining
- Any kind of Phishing / fake sites
- Any kind of HYIP / "get rich fast" sites
- Any kind of Botnet / Doorway / Carding / Hacking sites
- Any kind of malicious scripts and software
- Any kind of DoS and DDoS attacks
- Any kind of Network scans / Port scans
- Any other kind of Hacking activities
- Child porn and anything that resembles Child porn, including drawn art and 3D models
- Hosting of Copyrighted data without the written approval from the copyright owner
- Selling Drugs / Pharmaceuticals without a license
- Hosting any materials or conducting any activities that may expose us or any of our partners to criminal or civil liability

The Customer is allowed to change the BIOS and/or IPMI credentials of the rented servers, but must change them back to the initial when the rental contract ends. In case the Customer changes and then loses BIOS and/or IPMI passwords we reserve the right to charge a €100 reimbursement fee for the manual password reset of the BIOS or IPMI, or €200 for both.

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee the minimum network uptime of 99.9%.
We guarantee to respond to email or ticket within 12 hours.
We provide free uptime monitoring for each rented server, by doing pings and simple http requests, and will notify the Customer within 10 minutes after detecting that their server goes offline.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer:

- SEPA (EUR)
- SWIFT (AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, HKD, SGD, USD)

Please note that we could not accept bank transfers from the following countries:

Please note that cryptocurrency payment is possible only for orders below €1000. Any payments over €1000 (or equivalent in other currency) will be accepted via bank transfer only.
All payments in cryptocurrencies undergo a risk assessment using AML/CTF blockchain analysis services. We will not accept any payment from a wallet/address that has a high risk score.
